Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Parish has served as the Chief Financial Officer of GWOC LLC since October 2018. Prior to joining GWOC LLC, Mr. Parish was a senior manager director at Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc., a global investment bank, where he led its U.S. Oil & Gas investment banking practice from 2015 to 2018. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Parish was a Vice President at Apache Corporation and led its Investor Relations team. From 2011 to 2012, Mr. Parish started and led the Oil & Gas practice of Moelis & Company, a global investment bank, where he was a partner and managing director covering upstream and integrated oil & gas companies. From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Parish worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co., a global investment bank, where he was a managing director and led its Oil & Gas advisory practice. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Parish worked at Merrill Lynch & Co., a global investment bank, where he was a Director in the energy group. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Parish worked at JP Morgan & Co., a global investment bank, where he was an Associate in the energy group. Over his eighteen-year career in energy investment banking, Mr. Parish has executed over $100 billion of M&A/advisory assignments and has led capital market transactions raising over $23 billion for clients, including four initial public offerings. Mr. Parish has been in the energy and financial sector since 1987, with experience in investment banking, investor relations, corporate development and public accounting. Mr. Parish holds an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar and a BBA from Texas A&M University in Accounting and Finance.
